This policy explains how BIAA LLC, doing business as Acquisition Code ("we", "us"), handles information collected through acqcode.com and through the AI agents we operate for our clients.

Website visitors

When you submit a form, email us, call us or request a demo, we use the details you provide (such as your name, company, email and phone number) to respond to you and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

We use necessary cookies and browser storage for functions such as remembering your cookie and language preferences, maintaining security and supporting signed-in sessions. These functions do not require optional consent because the site cannot provide the requested feature without them.

Analytics and marketing storage are optional and remain disabled unless you choose to allow them. If those tools are configured, analytics may help us understand use of the public website, while marketing storage may support campaign measurement or personalization. You can accept, reject or change those choices at any time.

Calls and messages handled for our clients

When someone speaks or messages with an AI agent we operate on behalf of one of our clients, call and message details, summaries and, where enabled and lawful, recordings or transcripts are processed to deliver the service to that client. The client business controls how that information is used.

Optional MindType reports

If the MindType integration is enabled and an authorized staff member requests a report, we send the entered first and last name, date of birth, current country of residence, gender for grammatical wording, and business context to MindType. We save these inputs and the resulting report with the lead record. A staff member can delete a report and its saved inputs; deleting the lead also removes its reports from Acquisition Code.

MindType reports are interpretive guidance rather than verified observations or scientifically validated psychological assessments. See the MindType privacy policy for its processing and retention practices. The integration does not send social links, phone numbers or email addresses as profile inputs.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to communicate with you about your enquiry. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our telecommunications provider), and only for that purpose.
