Revenue Growth. Engineered.

We identify where your business may be losing opportunities — then design and implement the strategies, workflows and systems that help you capture, convert and recover more revenue.

Strategy. Intelligence. Automation. AI. Execution.

  1. Acquire

  2. Engage

  3. Qualify

  4. Convert

  5. Retain

  6. Reactivate

A commercial journey to examine — not a claim that your business loses revenue at every stage.

Find the blockage first

You Might Not Need More Leads. You Might Need to Lose Fewer.

Marketing can create inquiries without ensuring they progress. Slow response, unclear qualification, an incomplete handoff, an unsuitable offer or a forgotten follow-up may interrupt the journey. Renewal, referral and reactivation processes can also deserve attention.

These are possible constraints to investigate. A process problem is not automatically a proven revenue loss, and adding AI alone does not establish growth.

Find the blockage before recommending a new tool.

What is Revenue Engineering?

Revenue Engineering Connects Strategy With Execution.

Our practical approach studies how a business creates revenue, identifies the process bottlenecks that limit performance and designs systems to address them. It connects commercial strategy, sales operations, workflow design, data, automation and technology implementation.

We start with the commercial outcome and work backward to the right intervention. This overlaps with revenue operations and RevOps consulting; it is an approach, not a claim to have invented a new discipline.

Our starting point

We don't start with AI. We start with the revenue problem.

Sometimes a better process, offer, handoff or follow-up discipline is the right solution.

Diagnose → Engineer → Operate

From Understanding the Constraint to Improving the System.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    Understand the commercial system.

    • Map acquisition channels, qualification and the customer journey.
    • Examine response times, CRM use, handoffs, estimates and stalled opportunities.
    • Review follow-up, retention and reactivation. Validate hypotheses against operational evidence in a deeper engagement.

A Snapshot is directed discovery. A detailed audit is separately scoped analysis.

  2. 02

    Engineer

    Fix the right constraint.

    • Improve the relevant process, offer or funnel when needed.
    • Introduce existing agent-driven engagement where useful.
    • Connect CRM, knowledge, messaging and scheduling where feasible. Implement defined workflows with clear human handoffs.

Defined scope and verified compatibility — not a promise to automate the company.

  3. 03

    Operate

    Make the improvements sustainable.

    • Manage and monitor deployed workflows where contracted.
    • Review agreed indicators, drop-offs, handoffs and process quality.
    • Refine the implemented system using operational feedback.

Ongoing operation is an available engagement type, not included in every project.

Four connected capability areas

Choose the Intervention That Fits the Problem.

These are capabilities and engagement types, not four software platforms or standardized packages. Consulting, implementation and ongoing operation are scoped to the work.

Revenue Strategy & Intelligence

Commercial analysis, funnel and process diagnosis, leakage hypotheses, sales enablement and evidence-based decision support.

Our flagship product

Dedicated AI Sales Division

Our flagship: customer-facing agents for configured inquiry handling, qualification, relevant questions, follow-up, next-step coordination and human handoff. Recovery workflows depend on the vertical, permissions and implementation.

See the Sales Division in action

Revenue Automation & Systems

CRM workflows, internal handoffs, messaging and scheduling integrations, repeatable operational processes and custom automation where technically feasible.

Growth & Conversion Engineering

Lead-capture quality, funnel and offer improvements, estimate and proposal follow-up, customer lifecycle processes and appropriate reactivation.

One objective; different interventions

The Right System Depends on How You Sell.

Illustrative applications, not testimonials or claims that Acquisition Code has deployed every example.

Foundation & waterproofing

Review the path from homeowner inquiry to inspection, estimate and decision. An AI Revenue Agent may help with response and scheduling; unworked proposals may call for a separate follow-up workflow.

Contractor system

Clinics

Improve administrative inquiry handling, consultation scheduling and permitted follow-up. Clinical advice, diagnosis, prescribing and treatment decisions remain with qualified professionals.

Clinic system

Private training providers

Review inquiry-to-enrollment steps: goals, suitable programs, trial coordination and follow-up. Scope admissions workflows around the school's confirmed information and capacity.

Language school system

Complex B2B sales teams

Examine multi-stage handoffs, CRM adoption, account research and sales enablement. The intervention may be commercial strategy or a targeted intelligence workflow, rather than a customer-facing voice agent.

Discuss your process

Start with the bottleneck

Where Is Your Revenue Getting Stuck?

A short conversation about how your business attracts, handles and converts opportunities. We'll identify likely areas to examine and assess whether we can help. If a deeper investigation is warranted, we'll scope that separately.

Revenue Snapshot
Exploratory discovery. Not a data-backed audit, a quantified lost-revenue report or a guarantee of findings.
Revenue Engineering Audit
Deeper analysis of metrics, CRM quality, processes and interviews. A separately scoped engagement with its own agreed fees.
Implementation & ongoing operation
Defined solution and fees. Managed operation is optional and separately contracted.
How inquiries arrive, what happens next, and which step you want to improve. Please omit confidential customer or patient information.

By submitting, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Acquisition Code (BIAA LLC) about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

A request starts a conversation. It does not generate an automatic audit or commit you to a project.

Your Dedicated AI Sales Division

Sometimes the Solution Is Already Built.

For businesses losing opportunities between first inquiry and next action, our Dedicated AI Sales Division can provide a practical, ready-to-configure starting point. For more complex needs, we can engineer targeted workflow, process and intelligence improvements around the systems already in place.

Clear scope, clear expectations

Revenue Engineering, Explained.

What is Revenue Engineering?

Our practical method for diagnosing and improving the commercial systems behind growth. It connects strategy, sales processes, data and implementation, starting with the outcome the business needs.

Is it the same as Revenue Operations?

It overlaps with RevOps and revenue-operations consulting. Our emphasis is on diagnosis followed by design and implementation, with ongoing operation available as a separately scoped engagement.

How is this different from an AI automation agency?

The business problem comes before the technology recommendation. A better handoff, offer or follow-up process may be more useful than another AI tool. We agree a defined scope rather than promise to automate everything.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

Not necessarily. We assess the systems and workflows you already use. Any proposed integration depends on the vendor, API, access and agreed scope; universal compatibility is not assumed.

Do we need your AI Sales Division?

No. It is our flagship product and can be a practical starting point for supported inquiry, qualification and follow-up workflows. Other problems may call for process changes, commercial analysis or a targeted systems implementation.

Is this for smaller businesses?

Yes. A single-location business may need one focused workflow. A larger organization may need work across several teams or systems. The scope should match the actual constraint, complexity and budget.

What happens during a Revenue Snapshot?

A short exploratory conversation about how you attract, handle and convert opportunities. We discuss possible bottlenecks and whether further work makes sense. It is not a data-backed audit or a quantified lost-revenue report. A deeper audit, implementation or managed engagement is scoped separately.

Do you guarantee revenue growth?

No. We agree project-specific goals and measurement, and separate observed evidence from hypotheses. Outcomes also depend on demand, your offer, your team and execution. Zero Opportunities Lost is our guiding ambition, not a conversion guarantee.
